Settling in

Starting at Nursery is a big step, and we try to ensure that that children settle into this new environment as happily and quickly as possible. All children are different and some will take longer to adjust than others. Nursery staff will support you and your child through this process.

If at any time you have any problem at all, please come and speak to us about it.

Once settled, it is helpful if your child does not bring any toys from home, as they can be a source of upset if they get lost or broken

Home time

Please collect your child on time. It is very upsetting for a child of this age to be left when all the other children have been collected. Always picking your child up on time helps him/ her feel happy and secure.
