Contacting the School Print E-mail

The school office (in the Junior building) is open each day during term time as follows:

 morning

 8.45 a.m. - 9.45 a.m.

 lunchtime

 12.30 p.m. - 1.30 p.m.

 afternoon

 2.30 p.m. - 3.30 p.m.

If you need to contact the office staff outside these times for exceptional reasons or to collect/deliver your child, please use the bell on the reception desk.

Telephone contact can be made throughout the school day on 020 8643 1174.

You may either send notes, letters or payments into school with your child. Alternatively, please use the 'silver box' in the office reception area to deposit these items rather than at the office window on order to reduce the queue at the office. This box will be checked regularly.

All payments must be put in a sealed envelope with your child's name and class written on the envelope. (Unwanted pre-addressed envelopes are ideal.) Please make any large payments to the school by cheque when possible and write your child's name and class on the back of the cheque. The envelope should be given to your child to pass on to their teacher or you may deposit the envelope in the silver box in the reception area. If you need change, this will be given to your child at the end of the school day or you may collect it in person from the school office.
