General concerns Print E-mail

It is important that parents let us know of any concerns they have about the School. If appropriate, you should first contact the child's class teacher about your concern. Alternatively, advise either of the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 leaders or the Deputy Headteacher who will be pleased to help. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact the Headteacher who will look into the matter.

Should it not be possible to resolve the issue, then there is a formal complaints procedure which allows matters to be considered by the governing body and if necessary by the Local Authority. A copy of that procedure is available at the School and on the School policies page.
