At Devonshire the senior leadership team consists of the Headteacher and the Deputy Headteacher.

Each phase within the School (Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, Lower Key Stage 2 and Upper Key Stage 2) is managed by a phase leader and these leaders represent their phase on the School’s senior management team, which also comprises of the special educational needs co-ordinator, the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.

Each teacher has responsibility for a curriculum area. The teacher monitors and manages the development of this area as well as a budget to ensure that his/her area of the curriculum is well resourced.

The governing body are a very important part of the leadership of the School. The governors work together with the Headteacher and the senior management team providing advice and support as well as  monitoring and reviewing the School’s aims and objectives.
