The new building is a bright and colourful place which we hope everyone can enjoy.  It has 3 new classrooms, 2 group rooms, toilets and a staffroom.  It is eco friendly because it has sun tubes that make the place brighter.  There are also wind catchers, in various places so that we can control the temperature (to make it hotter or cooler) in an envrionmentally friendly way.  Dotted around the building there are blank boards which are starting to be filled up with pupils' work.  We now have new group rooms where children can work.  The staffroom is a beauty to behold as all of the staff, from the infants to the juniors, can meet up and chat.  There is a magnificent hall way that stretches throughout the school so that we don't have to get cold and wet when we go between the infants and the juniors.  Newly installed are doors that lead out into the playrgound.  To liven the place up a bit there are plants dotted around the corridors.  Mr Bettis now has a walk in cupboard where he keeps his equipment.  Everyone is excited and is having fun getting to to know their way round the new building.
