 Last year the parents and staff of Devonshire Primary School helped to raise £6,300 and £4,000 of this has been used to buy:
- Play equipment for the Infant and Junior playgrounds
- Indoor play items for the Infants
- Resources for reading week
- CD and tape players
- Improvements to the Junior library
- Garden shed for the gardening club
- Year 6 end of year activities
The PTA will also be buying a digital camera for each class, outdoor furniture for the reception play area, new goal posts, table top games for the playgrounds, and help to fund authors visiting the School for reading events.
