Improving School buildings Print E-mail

The building of new classroom spaces is nearing completion. One classroom was completed in time to accept an additional 30 children into Reception in September 2011.

For more details of this building work see the school site plan 2011. See photos of the construction work in March, April, May and June and August 2011.

This building work follows on from the new classrooms which were completed in July 2009.  All our children are now taught in substantial, purpose-built accommodation.

For more detail of the building work carried out from 2008-2009 see the school site plan.  See photos of the preparatory site work, the erection of the steelwork, the  roofing and flooring stage and the creation of a new Infant classroom. There are also photos of fitting out up to mid-May 2009 and further photos of fitting out from June 2009, final fixings, hut demolition and internal completion.

You can also see a video of the demolition, with sound effects!
