Listening to the views of members of the Devonshire community is an essential part of continuously improving these policies. Members of the governing body and the school's management team, when developing, reviewing and monitoring the school's policies, have regard to the factors set out in the Equality Act 2010 (as described in Equality policies) and assess whether there may be implications for anyone with particular protected characteristics.
