Dear parent,carers and children,
In these unprecedented times of home schooling and self isolation it is vitally important to not only look after our physical health, but also our mental health. Healthy wellbeing will help us all get through these difficult times. With this in mind, I have found a couple of informative and interesting web sites that will give both adults and children help and advice.
I hope that these links are helpful, use them in a way that helps all the family.
Keep safe and well,
Mrs Rouse - PSHE/Wellbeing co ordinator
