Dear parent,carers and children,


In these unprecedented times of home schooling and self isolation it is vitally important to not only look after our physical health, but also our mental health. Healthy  wellbeing will help us all get through these difficult times. With this in mind, I have found a couple of informative and interesting web sites that will give both adults and children help and advice.

Once a week The Children's Health Project will be publishing a weekly timetable that gives you and your family a short fun activity to do everyday under the following headings : Movement Monday, Tasty Tuesday, Wellbeing Wednesday, Thoughtful Thursday and Future Friday.

Jigsaw is a scheme of work that we use in school from Nursery to Year 6 to promote Personal, Social, Health Education. Jigsaw have provided us with 2 stories to share at home. These stories come with short activities and Calm Me Time (which is excellent)
